This Agreement is between you, as a Registered User of NLS, and the Nehemiah Corporation of America® ("Nehemiah"). Please read this Agreement carefully and print a copy for your records. If you choose not to accept the terms of this Agreement, you will not be issued a user ID or password and will not be able to list properties on this website.

The Nehemiah Listing System is a free service provided by Nehemiah. Use of this service requires that you comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Nehemiah is an equal opportunity corporation and shall not discriminate against any applicant because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, age or sexual orientation pursuant to Section 12940 et seq. of the California Government Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Civil Rights Act of 1991. The Registered User will ensure that applicants are treated without regard to their race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, age or sexual orientation.

It is acknowledged and agreed that Nehemiah may terminate your user ID and password at any time should you fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Any such termination shall be at Nehemiah's sole discretion and may occur without prior notice.

Registered User's Responsibilities:

Registered Users agree to use NLS only for purposes of listing Nehemiah-eligible properties. Nehemiah-eligible properties are properties where the seller has agreed to consider an offer to purchase in conjunction with the perspective buyer's use of The Nehemiah Program®. Listing a property on this site does not obligate the seller to sell their home using The Nehemiah Program.

It is strictly prohibited to use this site: 1) to list properties where the seller has not agreed to consider an offer to purchase in conjunction with The Nehemiah Program or 2) in conjunction with any other downpayment assistance program. Violation of these provisions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your user ID and password.

Any information you provide about a listing must be accurate and cannot be intentionally misleading. Consumers directed to you from the NLS site must be directed to use The Nehemiah Program in the event a non-profit 501(c)(3) downpayment assistance program is used.

Nehemiah's Responsibilities:

All information submitted to Nehemiah to register as a user or to list a property shall be used for the sole purpose of maintaining NLS and will not be provided to third parties. Under no circumstances shall Nehemiah or its employees be held responsible for any liability stemming from the use of NLS. Nehemiah may add, modify, or remove features from NLS without notice.
