It is the Nehemiah
Program® Online Processing
System (OPS®) with an added
feature, Paperless! Our paperless
feature allows for the industry's fastest turnaround-time for receiving gift
funds. With this paperless feature, you will no longer have to fax your
documents - including your wiring instructions. You'll simply:
- Request your gift funds through our OPS.
- Download the forms.
- Obtain the required signatures.
- Place the executed documents in the borrower's loan file.
And, you’ll continue to enjoy
the benefits of:
- Flexible Gift Fund Percentages
ranging from 1% to 6% of the final contract sales
price.
- A flexible fee structure, allowing
the required processing fee to be paid by the lender,
seller, or homebuyer.
- Choosing the date you would like to receive the gift funds by selecting your estimated closing date (ECD).
